- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My daughter had worked on a project for many many hours and we decided to have it laminated here. The young man who was helping did not wait for the laminator to properly heat up and as a result it didn't laminate properly which peeled up the project she had worked so hard on. There was no acknowledgement that he has wrecked hours of work or an apology. He just charged us without care. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really slow. Promised to have items I dropped off at 10am packed by 3. The next day when I come in they say they can't do it. Even left them a phone number to call when it was done. No phone call. And crappy customer experience inside. They didn't apologize for delaying the products going to my customers.By Paxton, March 15, 2017
