  Sure have enjoyed banking with MACU and this branch in particular. I have banked with them for about 5yrs now and never see myself leaving. I have banked at 4 different banks and these guys treat you like family every time you call or go to their location. Thanks for being my bank!

  Had a great experience with Brendan at the Spanish Fork branch. He helped me and I had a very nice visit while I was there. I got what I needed and appreciate him and others who helped me.

  The drive thru is never fast. Getting asked for your account number over the speaker is an ongoing problem. And if I wanted to have a long conversation about my auto loan (that I don't have with your bank for a reason), I'd come inside. Being bothered with such things in an already slow drive thru is annoying. I need this bank, otherwise I wouldn't use it. A somewhat redeeming quality is the coin counting machine they have inside for members. Again today, I was asking for my account number over the loudspeaker in the Drive-Thru, even though I had sent in my ID with my deposit. I really do not want to give my account number to the car that was sitting right next to me with their windows rolled down. If a bank can't understand account security, and that simple of a context, then I do not trust that bank. It is ridiculous.
